Before attending our Software’s User ExperienceScheme or any related services (“Scheme”), PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TEMRSCAREFULLY.In order to take part in the Scheme,communicate with us and timelyreceive corresponding feedback, you need to leave your emailaddress. Further, you can also voluntarily provide your Skype ID as one more optionto interact with us. Specifically, all those information may be used to processactivities, respond to questions, send you information about products orservices that may be of interest to you and the process of your interactions.We will not use those information for other commercial purposes and will retainthe information for a duration necessary for providing services to you.

Your interactionswith us, include but not limit to content, claims, critics, suggestions,feedbacks, and investigations, as well as the information you provided to usduring the interaction.

Information collected under this provision will beonly used for enhancement of user experience and furtherdevelopment of our Software.

Under and only under the following circumstance,information collected under this provision will be disclosed to the designatedthird parties:

l  For the purpose set forthabove, our affiliates or sub-contractors may be commissioned to process suchinformation, provided that such affiliates or sub-contractors comply with termsand conditions hereunder.

l  We may also disclose suchinformation (i) as you required; (ii) a regulatory requirement, judicialproceeding, court order or legal processserved on us; or (iii) to protect the safety, health,right, or property of others, public or ourselves.

We willsafely manage the information provided by you with reasonable care and complywith the applicable laws and regulations. You are entitled to quit or terminatethe Scheme at any time voluntarily. Those information will be retained duringthe lifetime of your attendance of the Scheme. In the event that the Scheme hasterminated or quitted, we will destroy all those information collected orprovided by you in the Scheme, without any more active interaction in relatingto the Scheme. Your quit or termination of the Scheme will not affect yournormal use of our Software.

我们在此特别提醒您在参加我们的《用户体验计划》（以下简称“本计划”）前，认真阅读、充分理解以下条款。如您参加本计划，为了保证我们间的交流与反馈，您需要向我们提供您的电子邮箱地址及Skype ID（可选）。您向我们提供的及我们收集到的您的全部信息（电子邮箱地址、SkypeID和IP地址信息等）将仅用于处理相关活动，回复您的问题，向您发送您可能感兴趣的产品或服务信息，以及同您进行交流。我们不会将您的信息用于其他的商业目的，且仅会在向您提供服务的期间内保存您的信息。

您与我们间开展的交流内容，包括但不限于您向我们提出的任何要求、批评、建议、反馈、调研，以及交流期间您向我们提供的其他信息。

我们收集前述信息的目的是为了优化我们的产品，从而为您提供更满意的服务,改善您的用户体验。

除非出现如下情形，我们不会将您的信息披露给第三方：

l  为了优化我们的产品和改善您的用户体验，我们的关联公司或分包商需要参与处理您所提供的部分或全部信息，且相关关联公司或分包商也必须遵守本计划的条款规定；或

l  按照您的要求进行披露；或

l  政府部门或司法机关要求我们披露；或

l  出于保护公众、他人或我们的安全、健康、权利或财产的需要。

我们会采取合理的措施保护您的信息并遵守相关的法律法规要求。您有权随时退出本计划，在您退出本计划时，我们会清除您向我们提供的或我们就此收集的相关信息，且不会再主动联系您，但您仍然可以正常使用我们产品、软件的各项功能。
